1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using eKosha, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

eKosha provides a secure digital vault for personal financial asset management, inheritance planning, and controlled sharing with trusted individuals. The service is operated by eKosha.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use eKosha. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

• ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ·You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• ·Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ·Provide false or misleading information.
• ·Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
• ·Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you upload to eKosha.

7. Subscriptions

• ·The Free plan includes limited asset and sharing slots.
• ·The Premium plan is available on a monthly (₹99/month) or annual (₹899/year) basis, with a 7-day free trial.
• ·Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• ·Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eKosha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eKosha and its officers from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete Account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
